After more than 16 years as a doctorally-prepared Registered Nurse working across Emergency, Critical Care, Medical Surgical, Float Pools, and Spine units, I’ve learned how to identify those details and how to translate them into powerful legal strategy.

My background includes hospital leadership roles as a Director of Nursing and Nurse Manager, where I oversaw more than 350 FTEs. That experience gives me an inside track into the administrative, staffing, compliance, and operational issues that often reveal the true root of a medical error. I know exactly which stones to overturn and how to interpret what I find.

I completed the prestigious Molloy University Legal Nurse Consultant Program, which strengthened my ability to deliver trial-ready, attorney focused analysis. I’ve also worked directly with hospital counsel on sentinel event reviews and have provided sworn testimony for Grand Jury proceedings. My doctoral training allows me to synthesize dense, complex medical data into a clear, compelling narrative that attorneys and juries can understand.
